We consult and coach families as they navigate changes and planning within their Family Enterprise. Our human-focused facilitation process considers exploration of the “why, what and how” across each of the many parts and the whole, and is best suited for families that are looking for strategic guidance in the context of significant structural and relational complexity.
Family Enterprise Management
We serve as the Central Administrative Office for a select group of families coordinating all functions of the Family Enterprise. Our strategic framing ability, project management disciplines and advisor coordination processes provide confidence files are stored accurately, aggregated reporting is up to date and accurate, advisors are collaborating and applying each Family’s values and follow through on tasks is accountable.
Complex Family Readiness
Advisors partner with us based on our unique experience within and across the family enterprise ecosystem. Our coaching services with Advisors enrich their client and prospect engagements, direct strategic priorities, inform thought leadership, set training initiatives, and support event programming. We are also brought in directly to Consult clients as an extension of their team.
